Elaboración de un Estado Financiero con fórmulas en Excel
Instrucciones:
Realizar en Microsoft Excel un Estado Financiero utilizando los datos proporcionados por el docente. El estudiante deberá ingresar y clasificar las cuentas contables, utilizar fórmulas y funciones de Excel para realizar automáticamente los cálculos y obtener los resultados financieros. La actividad permitirá aplicar conocimientos de contabilidad y desarrollar habilidades en el manejo de hojas electrónicas de cálculo.
Requisitos mínimos:
Elaborar la actividad utilizando Microsoft Excel.
Incluir título, nombre del estudiante, grado/grupo y fecha.
Crear correctamente la estructura del Estado Financiero.
Ingresar las cuentas contables y sus respectivos valores.
Clasificar las cuentas en Activo, Pasivo, Capital, Ingresos y Gastos, según corresponda.
Organizar las cuentas en filas y columnas.
Utilizar fórmulas de Excel para realizar los cálculos.
Utilizar la función SUMA para obtener los totales.
Calcular el Total de Activos mediante una fórmula.
Calcular el Total de Pasivos mediante una fórmula.
Calcular el Capital o Patrimonio mediante una fórmula.
Calcular los Ingresos Totales mediante una fórmula.
Calcular los Gastos Totales mediante una fórmula.
Determinar la Utilidad o Pérdida mediante una fórmula.
Utilizar referencias de celdas en lugar de escribir manualmente los resultados.
Verificar mediante fórmulas que Activo = Pasivo + Capital cuando corresponda.
Aplicar formato de moneda a los valores.
Utilizar bordes, negrita, alineación y formato adecuado para presentar el Estado Financiero.
Aplicar colores o estilos para diferenciar títulos, cuentas y totales.
Ajustar correctamente el ancho de columnas y alto de filas.
Verificar que las fórmulas funcionen correctamente y que los resultados sean coherentes.
Mantener la información ordenada, clara y legible.
Aplicar buena ortografía y presentación.
Guardar el archivo en formato Excel (.xlsx).
