DevOps

Software engineering teams are deploying AI agents that autonomously detect production incidents, diagnose root causes, generate code fixes, and submit pull requests for review, fundamentally shifting on-call work from reactive firefighting to asynchronous oversight.

Opsera's 2026 AI Coding Impact Benchmark Report reveals that AI coding assistants have reached approximately 90% enterprise adoption by end of 2025, based on data from over 250,000 developers. The tools deliver 48-58% faster time-to-pull-request on average, with highest productivity gains in organizations using automated CI/CD pipelines.
